II. Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Time refers to the period between when your order is successfully placed and paid for and when it is packaged, labeled, and handed off to the shipping carrier. This includes order verification, inventory sourcing, and quality control.

  • Standard Processing: Most in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.

  • Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items: For items noted as “Pre-Order” or “Made to Order,” the processing time will be significantly longer and is specified on the product page. You will receive an estimated shipping timeframe at checkout and via email confirmation. We will communicate any major changes to this timeline.

Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.


III. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

A. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS), depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. The most appropriate carrier and service level (e.g., Ground, 2-Day, Express) will be selected to balance cost and speed.

B. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on:

  • The shipping destination (ZIP code).

  • The dimensions and weight of the package(s).

  • The selected shipping speed.
    You will see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your payment. We do not offer free shipping on all orders unless specifically promoted. Any free shipping offer will be clearly advertised with its terms and conditions.

C. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times begin once the carrier has received the package and scanned it into their system. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees by VANTHANOUVONG LLC.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day, 3-Day): Typically 2-3 business days after shipment.

  • Express Shipping (Overnight): Typically 1 business day after shipment (if ordered by cutoff time).

An estimated delivery date range will be provided at checkout and included in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking number provided.

D. Delivery Service & Signatures

  • Residential Deliveries: Most shipments are made via “front door” or “curbside” delivery. The carrier is not obligated to bring packages inside your home, garage, or up flights of stairs unless a specific, paid white-glove service is arranged (not currently offered as standard).

  • Signature Requirements: For high-value items, the carrier may require an indirect signature (someone at the address can sign) or a direct signature (the named recipient must sign). This is for your protection. If you will not be home, you can often pre-sign electronically through the carrier’s website using your tracking number or provide delivery instructions for a safe drop-off location at your own risk.

  • Apartment/Complex Deliveries: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide any necessary access codes or instructions for secure delivery within a building. Carriers will typically leave packages in a building’s lobby or mailroom if secure access is not granted.


IV. International Shipping

A. Available Destinations & Restrictions

We ship to many countries worldwide. To see if we deliver to your country, please begin the checkout process and enter your shipping address. The system will automatically display available options and costs. Some restrictions may apply due to carrier regulations, import laws, or the size/type of product.

B. Shipping Costs & Methods

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions/weight, and the chosen service level. These costs cover the service from our warehouse to your country’s port of entry.

C. Delivery Timelines

International delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination and service level (Economy, Priority, Express). Estimates can range from 5 to 30+ business days after shipment, excluding time spent in customs. Your shipping confirmation will provide a tracking number for international tracking, though detailed updates may be less frequent during the overseas transit and customs clearance phase.

D. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes – Critical Information

VANTHANOUVONG LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, VALUE-ADDED TAX (VAT), GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST), OR BROKERAGE FEES.

  • The Recipient is Solely Responsible: All such charges are the legal and financial responsibility of the recipient (the customer) as dictated by the laws of the destination country.

  • Non-Inclusion in Price/Shipping: These fees are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost paid to VANTHANOUVONG LLC.

  • Payment Process: The carrier or local customs authority will contact you (usually via a bill or a request for payment) to collect these fees before they will release your package for final delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in the abandonment, return, or destruction of your shipment by customs.

  • Estimation: We cannot predict or calculate these fees. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing an order. When declaring the value of the shipment for customs, we are legally required to state the full retail value of the contents.


V. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your carrier(s) information.

  • Your tracking number(s).

  • A direct link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
    You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.

Please Note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website after we provide you with the number.


VI. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, all delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (weather, logistical issues, high volume).

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customs clearance procedures for international orders.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemic, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions (“Force Majeure Events”).

In the event of a significant, widespread delay, we will communicate proactively with affected customers via email.


VII. Address Accuracy & Changes

A. Providing a Correct Address

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Double-check your address, including apartment/suite numbers and ZIP codes. VANTHANOUVONG LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

B. Changing the Shipping Address

If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the destination address. You may attempt to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request an address correction or package intercept. Carriers often charge a significant fee for this service, which is the customer’s responsibility, and success is not guaranteed.


VIII. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

A. Damaged Upon Delivery

  1. Inspect Immediately: Visually inspect the package before the driver leaves. If the box is severely crushed, torn, or wet, note “Damaged” on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  2. Open with Caution: When opening, be mindful of potential damage to the contents.

  3. Document & Report: If the product inside is damaged, take clear photographs of the product damage and the shipping box. Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing TPCCUONG@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or repair.

B. Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 7+ business days for domestic, 14+ for international) or indicates an exception, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier declares the package lost, we will either reship your items (subject to availability) or issue a refund.

C. “Delivered” but Not Received

If the tracking states “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations (porch, garage, lobby, with neighbors).

  2. Check with other household members.

  3. Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages prematurely.

  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more precise delivery GPS coordinates or driver notes.

  5. If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Please note that VANTHANOUVONG LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend using delivery instructions or requiring a signature for high-value items.
